Dating from 1871 this multi-levelled, four room pub, retains its quirky charm and layout. There are six real ales including 4 changing guests. A popular live music venue, it hosts regular performances on most Thursday and Friday nights. The walls are always covered with pictures and other art for sale, plus a chance to meet Maxine the Mannequin. Other events include monthly quiz or poetry evenings.
