See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
This Mid-19th-century local has a nationally important historic pub interior. There is a small cosy bar with furniture that probably goes back to the 1850s, a small lounge with easy chairs and piano. The bar features 4 real ales including 2 changing guests, normally from local breweries. The pub exists in splendid isolation, so its campsite with full facilities is an asset that makes it a good venue for meetings and rallies.
Food and opening times vary seasonally, so please check their website or Facebook page.
